When you request our discount pharmacy card, we obtain your name, email address, phone number and possibly your mailing address. We will not disclose this information without your written approval, except for participation in our site surveys, to improve your experience on our site or to email you information about products and services that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving these items by following the instructions at the bottom of the emails at any time.
If you are willing to provide your phone number, we will contact you by phone shortly after you sign up to explain how to use the USA Rx card. If you provide us affirmative consent, we are also willing to contact you on a monthly and/or regular basis to remind you to fill your prescriptions. We will not share your phone number with telemarketers or outside agencies.
We also may obtain, based on your browser settings, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system, browser type and the locations of the web pages you viewed immediately prior to and after your visit to our website.
We also use web ‘cookies,” which is information your browser provides to our site each time you submit a query, which is stored in our system. We do not tie this to any of your personally identifying information. We use this information to improve our customers’ experience on our website.

After a transaction, your personal information will not be stored on our servers. Our security measures conform to applicable state and federal laws.
