Common (1% to 10%): Epistaxis, pharyngitis, dyspnea, bronchospasm, cough, nasal irritation (sneezing, stinging, dryness), nasal crust

Very rare (less than 0.01%): Nasal septum perforation, ulceration of mucous membrane

Postmarketing reports: Anosmia, pharynx disorders (throat irritation, throat pain, swollen throat, burning throat, itchy throat), wheezing

Hypersensitivity

Uncommon (0.1% to 1%): Hypersensitivity reactions including urticaria, rash, dermatitis, angioedema, pruritus
