USA Rx: A Safe BetFor every major change in the legal system, for every new product and service that enters the public marketplace, scammers and con artists will try to take advantage of the consumer’s lack of information in order to steal money and personal information from their unsuspecting customers. Often they fake legitimacy by appropriating buzzwords or by going by a common misspelling of a real product or service.

For instance, while individuals and the media alike will call the Affordable Care Act “Obamacare,” there are absolutely no legitimate insurance plans or Medicare/Medicaid supplements that use President Obama’s name in this way. It is also extremely unlikely that your current insurance provider or any insurance marketplace will use the term in any emails they send you, and even if a scammer doesn’t make this mistake you should always be suspicious of emails sent to you out of the blue which ask for your money, passwords, or personal information.

In contrast, the USA Rx pharmacy discount card program does not claim to be medical insurance, nor do we claim to be anything other than what we are: a way for United States residents (whether full citizens or otherwise) to get up to 75 percent off the cash price of prescription medication. You may be able to get a better price through your insurance copay, but if you’re uninsured or underinsured, if your insurance has a high deductible, or if you need more medicine than your insurance plan allows for, USA Rx can still provide you with significant discounts.

Signing up as an individual is completely free, and we do not want to know your Social Security Number or your medical information. All we need is your name and an email address, and once you sign up you can print your own card, take it to any of 60,000 pharmacies nationwide, and you will immediately start benefiting from our discount program.

There are a lot of fraudulent websites out there that want your money and your personal information so that they can steal your identity or else sell it off for other thieves to use. But unlike them, USA Rx doesn’t claim to provide anything beyond medication discounts and we don’t want your personal information. With no cost to you and no risk, there’s no reason not to try out our service today.
