Dr. Audrey Kostrzewa, PharmD, MPH, BCPS
Audrey is a Medical Writer for Banner Medical, LLC, and currently resides in the Milwaukee, WI area. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Public Health degrees from the University of Iowa in 2012. After graduation, she completed a PGY-1 Community Pharmacy Residency at Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin in 2013 and earned a Board Certification as a Pharmacotherapy Specialist in 2014. Audrey specializes in drug information and public health – she is passionate about helping others understand evidence-based medicine and medication safety. She is also an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice, Medication Utilization Pharmacist, and outpatient Staff Pharmacist. For fun, Audrey loves to play board/card games with friends and spend time with her husband and two young boys.
