Frequently Asked Questions: |

Some of the questions we receive from our customers are answered below. If you have
other questions or would like more information call our Customer Representatives
at Support@UsaRx.com.

Is it legal to prescribe medications via the Internet? |
In developing this new Internet medium for the delivery of health care services,
our organization is committed to meeting and exceeding current regulations. Usarx.com
only utilizes US licensed physicians that practice in the US. Our pharmacies are
licensed to ship medication to most of the 50 states and employ licensed US pharmacists
to provide you with the highest standards of pharmaceutical care. All medication
is obtained from legitimate pharmaceutical wholesalers, so you rest assured you
are receiving the same medication as you would at your neighborhood pharmacy.

How can I be sure that I’m getting sound medical
advice? |
UsaRx.com follows a detailed procedure before granting
a prescription. The online diagnostic assessment used by physicians to diagnose
patients is far more thorough than any list of questions a doctor asks a patient
during a routine visit. All prescriptions are dispensed only by physicians who are
fully licensed by the appropriate authorities in their state of residence. These
doctors go beyond regulatory requirements by examining each patient file for a broad
range of related medical issues, such as anxiety and depression.

How does the online consultation work? |
You will be asked to complete a detailed assessment outlining
your medical history and any current medical conditions or medications you may be
taking. Beginning with general questions, the assessment increasingly focuses on
issues particular to each patient. The questions are similar to those asked by physicians
during office visits, yet far more detailed. The physician reviewing your medical
history, as well as the pharmacist filling the prescription, may contact you for
further details and/or decline your request for a prescription based on the information
provided.
UsaRx.com does not charge for its online medical consultation. However, if you
already have a prescription from your doctor for the medications offered, please
fax it to us. We will contact your physician directly to verify the prescription
and then fill it.

May I place an order for my spouse
or significant other? |
The patient must always be the person to complete the
online diagnostic medical assessment. Our systems collect a complete patient medical
history in order for our physicians to make a diagnosis and to prescribe a treatment.
Please be sure that the person completing the online medical assessment is the patient.

What types of medication does UsaRx.com
offer? |
We only carry medications that can be safely prescribed without a face-to-face evaluation
and delivered at a significant cost savings to you. Our current offerings cover
drugs that people may have trouble ordering elsewhere. Besides the convenience,
medications such as Viagra and Propecia often cause patients unnecessary embarrassment
at their local pharmacy. By being able to purchase these drugs safely and legally
online and have them shipped directly to your home, that embarrassment is easily
avoided. We encourage you to check back often as our selection of prescription drugs
may expand. Please feel free to contact us to suggest drugs you would like to see
us carry in the future.

Is there a processing or consultation fee? |
UsaRx.com does not charge you a consultation or processing
fee. Costs associated with having a physician review your medical history, having
a pharmacy fulfill your prescription and all associated processing costs are built
into the cost of the medication. We do everything possible to keep these costs to
a minimum and pass the savings on to you.

from Pfizer©, Merck©, Bayer Healthcare©, GlaxoSmithKline© and Lilly ICOS.© dispensed

What is the difference between a new order and
a refill order? |
A new order is any first-time order that you place through UsaRx.com. If
you have ordered a specific product from us in the past and have previously had our
physicians review your medical history and issue a prescription, you are refilling
a prescription. Original prescriptions are valid for one year. If you are refilling
an order, you may be asked to complete an abbreviated version of the online diagnostic
assessment that you filled out when you ordered your original prescription. If your
prescription is older than a year, you will be asked to complete the full version
of the online diagnostic assessment again.

|
How are orders filled? |
All orders originating in North America are filled from a U.S. licensed pharmacy
with licensed US pharmacists. We outsource fulfillment in other parts of the world.
For example, in Europe we have outsourced fulfillment to a company based in the
EU.

What does the package look like? |
Your privacy is very important to us, and for that reason
we do not indicate the contents of the package on its label. We ship using Federal
Express and USPS Express envelopes. The return address on the envelope displays
the name and address of the pharmacy that shipped your product. Because we require
an adult signature upon delivery, many of our customers ship their order to a work
address so that they will be present to sign for the package.

|
What is the return policy? |
Per FDA regulations, prescription medication may not be
returned once it is sent from the pharmacy. If you have any questions about the
medicine you have received, please contact us and we will refer your question to
the pharmacy and/or physician who wrote your prescription, or to our customer service department. In addition, you may e-mail the pharmacy or physician directly using
our secure e-mail system by logging on to your account. The secure e-mail system
assures you of privacy.

May I transfer my prescription to
another pharmacy? |
You may transfer your prescription to another pharmacy at any time, however please
be aware that typically prescriptions written by physicians associated with UsaRx.com
allow for no refills. UsaRx.com physicians decide whether or not to issue a prescription
allowing for additional refills however UsaRx.com physicians typically want patients
to complete another online assessment (one that asks specific questions about your
experience with the medication) before writing an additional prescription. There
is never any charge for this additional consultation. Costs associated with having
a physician review your medical history, having a pharmacy fulfill your prescription
and all associated processing costs are built into the cost of the medication.
